Last Saturday, the Club's junior anglers got afloat to fish their June monthly competition, from Carloway.
Unfortunately, only five kids were competing, as some were away on various trips, as often happens in the summertime.
It was a bright and sunny day with a northerly wind and a fair swell; so after a stop for mackerel off Craigeam, it was decided to fish for the day in West Loch Roag, where the sea motion would not be so bad.
